December 2025 –December2026 project development, receiving a review
December 2025: Preparatory phase
- Organizational work:
- Formation of the project team, distribution of responsibilities.
- Development of a detailed plan for the implementation of the project.
- Start of preparation of documentation for the conclusion of contracts with partners, contractors and equipment suppliers.
- Starting a partnership:
- Holding the first meetings with parents and discussing their participation in the project.
2025: Main stage of project implementation
I quarter (January – March):
- Analysis and design:
inventory of the state of the territory: fixation of damage, study of the technical features of the site;
conducting a survey of children, parents and teachers to assess the level of knowledge of traffic rules and current needs;
development of the design of the "Safe Town" and coordination with the traffic police and contractors.
- Financing and approval:
approval of the project estimate;
conclusion of contracts with contractors for the performance of work.
attraction of additional sources of funding (sponsorship, grants).
II quarter (April – June):
- Start of construction works:
preparation of the territory: cleaning the site, dismantling old equipment, leveling the site;
preparation of the ground for laying rubber coating.
- Purchase of equipment:
acquisition of the first elements of infrastructure: road signs, traffic lights, benches;
purchase of bicycles, scooters, training manuals.
III quarter (July – September):
- Construction and installation:
laying of rubber coating with markings;
installation of game modules ("Refueling", "Post of the Ministry of emergency Situations", car models) ;
installation of a canopy, benches and lighting.
- Educational activities:
development of methodological materials for teachers;
conducting training seminars for teachers on the use of new equipment.
IV quarter (October – December):
- Completion of installation works:
complete the installation of all infrastructure elements.
checking the safety of the playground together with the traffic police.
- Preparation for launch:
development of the site opening program.
preparation of information materials for parents and partners.
2026: Implementing and consolidating results
I quarter (January – March):
- Opening of the "Safe Town":
a solemn event with the participation of children, parents, partners and representatives of the traffic police.
the first classes and games on the new playground.
- Regular classes:
introduction of classes on traffic rules into the educational program.
organization of role-playing games using new infrastructure.
- Safety Advocacy:
conducting campaigns to popularize knowledge about traffic rules among children and parents.
involvement of the media to cover events.
II quarter (April – June):
- Interaction with other institutions:
holding joint events with other kindergartens of the Partizansky district;
organization of excursions to the site for children from other educational institutions.
- Monitoring and feedback:
questioning of children, parents and teachers to assess the first results;
collection of proposals for improving the work of the site.
III – IV quarters (July – December):
- Consolidation of results:
holding regular events on the site (competitions, master classes) ;
introduction of the practice of thematic weeks on road safety.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the project:
comparative analysis of children's knowledge and skills before and after the implementation of the project;
preparation of a final report with recommendations for further development.
- Further modernization:
purchase of additional training materials;
infrastructure upgrade (if necessary).
Total
The implementation of the project during 2025–2026 will create a modern, safe and educational platform that will become not only a place of learning, but also a space for cooperation with other children's institutions, partners and families.
